We are super sad to hear you are not happy with our product. You can return your package within two weeks after receiving it. For this the cloth cannot be worn or washed – trying them on is ok.

After your package has arrived it may take up to 5 days for us to process. The refund will go back to the payment method you used when placing your order, once we’ve done our bit you’ll get an email confirming it’s on its way. If you’ve waited more than 14 days with no email from us then please get in touch by going to the ‘Contact Us’ tab on this page.
Should you be out of the return policy, we cannot accept your return. However, please get in touch and let us know what’s wrong and we’ll try to find a solution.
