Revocation

TLDR: If you are a consumer (a.k.a no company or sole trader buying for business) you may withdraw from the contract and send the item back within 14 days after its arrival. Please be aware that you will have to  pay the shipping fee to Germany. Also, if the item is worn (you may try it on but not wear it a night out/wash it), we will not accept the return.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day,

• • to whom you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and that the goods are delivered in a single consignment, or
  • where you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or have taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods under a single order and these are delivered separately, or

<where you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you have taken or has taken possession of the last partial consignment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods which are delivered in several partial consignments or pieces, or

• where you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, have taken or have taken possession of the first goods, provided that you have concluded a contract for the regular supply of goods over a specified period.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Emporion Innovations GmbH, Ludwigstr. 32, 63067 Offenbach am Main, Germany, telephone number: 069 99 99 80 88, e-mail address: contact@bs4nbbc1.myraidbox.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached model revocation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

<You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
